1. This voucher is available for travel for twelve (12) months from date of purchase excluding 23 Sep - 1 Oct 2017.
2. A weekend supplement of $75 per night applies to Friday & Saturday nights.
3. A high season supplement of $100 a night applies for 24 Dec 2017 - 30 Jan 2018, 29 Mar - 22 Apr 2018 & 21 Sep - 13 Oct 2018.
4. The voucher is valid in a Hotel Guest Room for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (0-13 years inclusive) using existing bedding.
5. Upgrade to a 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite which sleeps up to 5 people can be requested at time of booking. A surcharge of $80 per night will apply.
6. If a rollaway bed is required, an extra charge of $40 per night will apply. Cots are free of charge for infants aged 0-3 years.
7. This package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. You & your partner must attend a 120-minute presentation on Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Australia to qualify for the offer.
9. It is a condition to the Package that you travel and attend the presentation together. If you (as part of a qualified couple) or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the Package will be payable.
10. Reservations must be made with a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival.

Package includes accommodation for 3 nights at Marriott Vacation Club at Surfers Paradise (subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation) and a $50 resort voucher to use onsite during your stay. This Package is intended for a maximum of 2 adults and up to 2 children (up to 14 years) depending on accommodation type, and is including but not limited to Deluxe Guest Room or Hinterland Guest Room. A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the Package. Onsite car parking is available for a fee of AUD$15 per day (24 hours).

Should you be booked as a qualified couple (including spouse/partner), it is a condition to the Package that you travel and attend the presentation together. Pricing: The Package price is AUD$399 per package and all applicable fees will be charged in Australian dollars. This Package is payable at time of booking. Full retail cost of the Package is up to AUD$1,500 (in high season) per package and is based on current prices at time of print which are subject to change without notice. Retail value of the accommodation is up to AUD$500 per night. Retail value of resort voucher is AUD$50 and is not redeemable for cash and may be subject to expiration. A AUD$80 per night surcharge is payable for guests requiring to upgrade into a 1-bedroom apartment. Guests requiring a rollaway bed will be separately charged AUD$40 per night.

Restrictions: This Package is limited to one per household. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once. A flat AUD$75 reschedule fee applies. Group purchases or travel are not permitted. Additional nights, if available, will be charged at the seasonal rate.
